Attorney Rock also served as a Traffic Court Judge in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. Jessica McGuire has a B.A. in English Literature from U.S.F. (Go Bulls!) and a Paralegal Certificate from St. Pete College. She has earned the Certified Paralegal designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and has worked as a legal assistant for over 2 years.
